Cancer Experience Registry Enrollment
Every person impacted by cancer has a unique story and experience to share. The Cancer Experience Registry is a place where the individual and the collective voices of patients, survivors and caregivers can be heard.

According to the Cancer Support Community’s website, “The Cancer Experience Registry is a unique online community that allows people facing cancer to share their experience, identify the issues that impact their lives, take surveys, access resources and learn from each other.”

Furthermore, the 2017 Prostate Cancer Registry Report identifies eating and nutrition, intimacy, exercising/being physically active, and worrying about the future and what lies ahead as the top four concerns prostate cancer survivors face.

During this workshop we will discuss:

  • Findings from the 2017 Prostate Specialty Report
  • How the Registry allows prostate cancer patients and loved ones to share their voices and to identify issues that impact their lives
  • The opportunity to enroll and join over 14,000 other patients, survivors and caregivers already using the registry

Lunch included. Registration is required. Anyone impacted by prostate cancer is welcome to attend. For more details and to register, please call Gilda’s Club at 563-326-7504, email gc@gildasclubqc.org or RSVP online at https://www.gildasclubqc.org/calendar
