Gilda's Club offers a variety of body-movement, stress reduction, and creative expression classes led by professionals and skilled volunteers. These classes are open to participants who have been through a welcome meeting only and are designed to help participants develop new skills, increase their sense of control and well-being, and express themselves creatively.

This includes visual arts, improv and writing, which provide creative outlets, are life-affirming and enhancing, and offer a welcome respite from treatment, caregiving, grief, and daily stress.
Led by dieticians, nutritionists, chefs, and volunteers, you are provided information and insight into maintaining and improving health and habits while facing changing circumstances—and making delicious meals!
