Laughter Yoga enhances people’s quality of life. It helps reduce depression and stress, promotes relaxation, improves sleep, strengthens relationships and produces a general sense of well-being. Laughter also increases circulation and provides an excellent cardio and midbody workout.

During this experiential learning class you will:
• Discover the physiological and psychological benefits of laughter
• Practice mindfulness and deep breathing techniques
• Learn new ways to add more laughter to your life

This workshop will be held in our Noogieland Room in our Administrative Building.
