Free Educational Workshop for People Affected by Cancer

Davenport, IA (January 2020)Gilda’s Club Quad Cities will host a free workshop for people affected by cancer entitled: Eating Well During Cancer Treatment and Survivorship Workshop.  The program will explore how to manage common cancer-related eating problems during treatment and into survivorship.  This free workshop will take place on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Gilda’s Club Quad Cities (1234 E River Drive).

“Good nutrition was the key to successfully battling cancer, as well as the key to a more rapid recovery.  Outside of maintaining a positive attitude, proper nutrition was key to my overall success,” said Jason M., a stage IV oral cancer patient .
